When reporting a bug, including your device model, operating system version and app version makes the cause much easier to find. You can find the app version in the ⋮ menu at the top right of the value log (가성비 로그) → 이 앱에 대하여 (About this app). If a price tag is not being read well, telling us which store and which tag it was helps a lot.
Tap the wrong field and correct it. Recognition can go wrong depending on lighting, angle and the design of the tag, so we recommend a quick check before calculating. Line the tag up so all four corners are inside the bright area in the middle of the screen, and shoot from an angle with little glare.
After entering the beer details, tap 쿠폰입력 하러가기 (enter coupon) to go to the discount screen. You can photograph discount coupons too. If there is no discount, tap 쿠폰없이 계산하기 (calculate without coupon).
After your coins reach zero, 3 are added when you open the app again once the date has changed. The date changes at 9 a.m. Korean time. If you do not want to wait, tap the coin counter at the top of the app to watch an ad and refill straight away. Ads play only when you choose them and never interrupt you while you use the app. Coins cannot be bought, and there is no payment function.
Your history is stored only on your phone, not on our servers. So uninstalling the app deletes it too, and we cannot restore it. When you change phones, it may move across if you have turned on the operating system’s backup (Google account backup or iCloud backup); otherwise it will not.
On the 카메라로 인식하기 (read with camera) screen, tap 권한 요청하기 (request permission) to allow it again. If the button does not respond (permission was denied permanently), open the phone’s Settings app, find BeerPrice (비어프라이스) and allow the camera there. You can also calculate without the camera by typing in the price.
They are not stored. A photo is used only to read the text on your phone and is deleted once recognition is finished. It is never sent to a server and is not saved to your gallery. See the Privacy Policy for details.
